Dear Empower Family

Relocation of our existing gymnastics equipment and supplies at the 251 S Fork location will take place next month in June and we are seeking volunteers to assist with breakdown/loading/unloading.

Our current lease will end June 15, however we are in the process of trying to extend until June 30.

We should know very soon whether this event will take place on Wednesday, June 14 & Thursday, June 15 or Thursday, June 29 & Friday, June 30.

We will set up a group email to communicate/coordinate by Monday, May 23.
Hopefully by then, we will clearly know our timeline and have a great start to our set up Team
