Dear EMPOWER’D Families,

On Saturday, November 20th, EGA will be hosting the 1st Annual Empower Gymnastics Pandamonium 5k & Fun Run.
The inspiration to start this annual event is to support multiple families in our EGA community as well as other local families with children battling the autoimmune conditions known as Pans and Pandas.

We could really use your Help & Expertise!

Our hope is to make this event as successful as possible and to perpetuate the event for years to come as well as financially support families in need.

The areas we need assistance with are:

Development of website T-shirt screening and wholesale cost purchase of shirts / Porta potty rental/ Small Business & Corporate Sponsorships/ Flyer distribution and marketing in local circles/communities/ Race day support/ Food and snacks on race day/ Identification of a paramedic/firefighter to be on site race day/ Volunteers for packet pick up prior to race day/ Great source for purchasing trophies/winners medals & prizes/ Auction donations/ Every little bit helps! We greatly appreciate you reading this message and considering possibly supporting this event.

We have been holding biweekly meetings for 2 months now on Wednesday evening at EGA in preparation for this upcoming event if you would like to join
