Schools Out !

Come join the Empower Crew for 3 fun-filled days of gymnastics, dance, games and activities.
We will have guest coaching with a focus on ballet and bar technique and a very special visit from the Smithson Valley Mining Company!
This will be an open gym environment with activities available to the general public. Ages 5 to 15 years will be accepted.
