5 minutes running
Stretch (count of ten of each)- arm circles forward, backwards, crisscrossing, wrist rolls and stretching, ankle rolls, pike stretch

Circuit one…(do 4 times)
Handstand on wall – count of 20
Bridge hold – count of 10
5 push ups
5 arm dips
10 frog jumps

Circuit two….(do 4 times)
(On a line/ beam / curb)
Tippy toe walk – high relive walk(straight legs arms tight above head)
Bear crawl – straight legs and arms walk with arms and feet
Straight jumps – try to jump high and land where you take off
Tuck jumps – knees to chest
Try to hold body on hands for 10 sec – feet in tuck or straddle
