20 hollow body rockers
10 rt leg front kicks
20 jump squats
20 elbow elbow hand hands
20 scissors
10 lft leg front kicks
10 dips
10 shoulder shrugs
20 side lunges
10 burpees
20 sit up stand ups
20 pit foam v- ups
10 handstand shoulder taps
Repeat 3 times
3 × 1 min handstands on wall
